Flavor Text Adventures is a monster-cookbook, recounting the adventures and recipes of renowned halfling chef - Alton Green. A fun resource for the dinner table as well as the gaming table, each chapters details an encounter Alton had with that monster, a full step-by-step recipe with photographs for you to confidently cook that monster (or a substitute) at home for your gaming group, and gaming D&D 5e content to allow you to bring the adventure and recipe into your game.

Mike Ficara is co-director of Flavor Text Adventures, taking on the culinary side of things and making sure that the art, gaming, story and food all blend perfectly together. He also handles our layout design, and has contributed to stories and artwork as needed. A professional illustrator and graphic designer, Mike has worked as a freelance creative professional for more than five years, creating logos, children's book illustrations, fantasy and gaming works, as book design and layout for dozens of authors. He is the Art Director for Courser's Folly Entertainment, and did all artwork for its flagship book The World of Tele'Thala, and one-half of the wood-and-resin home goods workship Artifex Craftworks.
